Support for Customers

If you require additional information, as a first step, you should ask your SPN/OPSA provider for clarification. If you do not get a response from your AES provider or your query relates to something your provider cannot help you with, you may like to contact: 

  • For policy questions, EPWA
  • For administration questions, ERA
  • If you have been unable to resolve a complaint with an SPN/OPSA provider, you may contact the Energy Ombudsman
